Has anyone applied for DTV as a crypto trader and got the visa?

Might be a silly question but would a premium bonds account be sufficient as a bank account to prove the 500,000 baht or has anyone used their premium bonds account as proof of the money.

Does anyone know what happens if the passport expires before the DTV does? The person at the embassy told me that "I have to bring the new passport along with the old one" for them to transfer the visa... but it doesn't make sense since, to make the new passport, you're supposed to give up your old one or lose it or something.

How do I pay for the DTV e visa in cash if it's not in person appointment? Or do they accept card payments when I submit my application?

I am a Turkish citizen and I want to apply to DTV online, but I live in a different country and there is no consulate here. Do I need to be in the country where I will apply online, or is it sufficient to apply from my country of citizenship and prove that I am outside Thailand?

Note: I live in Northern Cyprus and I cannot select it as my current location because it is an unrecognized island. I have to choose Turkey.
