A logical option. The opening of the e-visa system is not a binding situation for the country we are in, right? For Turkish citizens, the opening of the e-visa is sufficient for online application. In other words, even if I am not in Turkey, I can apply online. I think it will be sufficient to prove my location outside of Thailand.

It is not possible for me to go to Rome. I think I will either apply in person from Türkiye or try the online Cyprus option.

I think I have two options.Either I will go to Turkey and secure my job or I will take the risk and declare my address as Northern by choosing Cyprus online. Thank u

I live in the northern part of the island and when I choose Cyprus I will probably be considered to be living in the southern part of the island. This will not be correct.
