I got it from Hanoi embassy too, that woman it’s incredibly stupid and lazy and most of the things

She ask for don’t make sense, I’m a freelance and she asked me for my employer id too which doesn’t make sense but at the end she accepted it. Don’t worry, once she checks the info and take usually they accept the visa in a couple of days
