How easy / difficult is it to apply for a holiday visa for my Thai girlfriend to travel to uk ? Anyone had any experience/ advise?

Has anyone gotten the non immigrant O visa for a husband and wife who are both non-thai citizens? I am wondering if the expectation is for husband and wife to share same bank account or is it required to have two bank accounts with 800k each?

Also I see some places say that a spouse of a non immigrant O visa holder can apply as a dependent and receive the non immigrant O visa as well. But I do not see that option on the online application.

Any insights on this will be greatly appreciated. Ive been trying to reach someone on phone with no success yet. Thank you.

My apologies in advance if this question has already been asked… With a retirement, non-immigration O visa, is international health insurance required? I’m getting conflicting information From what I’m reading online and what I’m hearing from an immigration consultant. Online it says that I have to have it, but my consultant tells me no.

I’m looking to fly to Thailand one way , get my 60 day at airport immigration then extend 30 at immigration . In the mean time I’ll deposit 800000 and wait for it to season 2 months @b4 I apply for my 12 month extension/ retirement visa.

Now the question is… I know I’ll need to book an “ exit” flight out of thailand in order to enter Thailand on a one way flight from uk….. but that exit flight will have “expired” when I apply for my retirement visa/ 12 month extension . Will it flag up at immigration whilst I’m applying….

How do the agents for a retirement visa magic 800k in your bank account and provide the visa !? Do they bribe immigration officers is it legit? I understand you could I invest the 800k making good intrest rather than it sat there doing zip.
