Does anyone know how many days it typically takes to receive a Residency Certificate after applying at Immigration Division 1 ?

Guys I have applied in HCM on Sunday 12th January in the workation category, today I have received an email asking for this "1 . Other request documents (Provide a company profile that includes details about its history, vision, mission, products, and achievements.)"

What it means? I already sent my portfolio, contract between my LLC and me (I am a solo member/owner of the LLC), any clue?

Just reading on some different embassy sites about documents and i quote from Vientiane embassy" Copies of agency/school/institution/company documents must be signed by an authorized person and stamped with the agency/school/institution/company seal.

Does this mean any business number registration or letter head needs to be notarized by an embassy in home country or just have the letterhead stating its origin EG company letterhead

Hi all, I saw some past messages around it but can't find them anymore so sorry for asking what has already been asked.

I'm going to start a new job (remote) and would to apply to workation DVT. I know some embassies rejected such applications because it's a new employment relationship and they want to show 6 months of payslip from the same employer.

This is not a money issue (I have 6 months payslips from my previous employer since I'm jumping from a contract to another, and have the required balance), but just the fact that this is a new contact.

Do you know the position of HCM/Hanoi/PP/Ventiane on this topic? did anybody got a DVT approved in the region with a brand new employment contract?

Trying to obtain the Non O dependent visa as my husband has a valid workpermit and VISA.

Everytime the officer gets our papers he wants more documents or stamps. By now all documents are stamped for verification by German embassy in BKK.

No we need another stamp from ministry of foreign affairs 😵‍💫 on the same documents 😒

Did anyone get this stamp ? Does it mean another trip to Bkk or can it be done by mail ? Any insights 😏 ???

I've looked at all the border-run options and for me the best is an overnight train to Padang Basar, returning the same day on another overnight. Just want to confirm before booking that the 60 day tourist visa will be issued at that border? Also, is there anything to do in Padang Basar during the day-long wait?

Just got the DTV in Manila! I submitted all the requested documents through the E Visa (I own my own business and was able to show bank statements from the business) and they requested details on my business and services, paperwork showing I founded and own the business, and the business license. I was staying here for a couple weeks and just used my hotel booking as proof of location and it was approved within a week.

So just putting it out there that Manila is a great option for applying!

My DTV visa is approved from Jakarta and I received this via email.

Do I have to go to Jakarta embassy to get the visa stamp on my passport or nothing to do ? anything to do when I arrive to Thailand ?
