Here’s the document list currently requested as to get the extension of visit spouse / thai children at Bangkok (Immigration Division 1) .. , a few notable differences with what’s included on their portal or the last TVA notice dated 22/05/23 . Wishing you all a very good day

Sawasdee 🙏

I'm currently on the TR 60 Day Tourist Visa and looking to extend in Bangkok.

I saw IT Square Laksi seems smooth, but doesn't list my specific visa type for extensions. Does that mean I'll need to go to the Immigration Division 1 Government Complex? (This main gov site doesn't list anything about TR60 visa extension that I can find..)

It seems it would be the same extension but I saw a few comments on Google Maps of people who had the wrong tourist visa who couldn't process at IT Square. Any advice appreciated! 🙏

Asking for a friend.

To get a residence certificate (for car registration at DLT) from Immigration at Chaengwattana, they require TM30 report as well right?

Could anyone confirm me with the correct and updated requirements please?

And the place to go is Immigration Division 1 correct?

TIA 🙏🏼

Trying to do TM 30 online for Immigration Division 1 but keep getting an error message when I try to save. Have no idea what the problem is and no one is answering the phones at Immigration Division 1. Any ideas/suggestions?

*Trip Report*

Covid Extension

Location: Bangkok Div 1 K Counter(MTT)

The Covid extension program is currently set to expire 27-Sept unless the govt extends the program. I went today, as I didn't want to potentially wait in long queues towards end of the month. Arrived 10:30AM...out by 11:00AM(Only TWO people ahead of me!) 🙂...Pleasantly surprised that there would be no 2nd visit needed (e.g. under consideration hassle). Stamped me straight to Nov. 25. (60 days after my current 26-Sept stamp). *Hooray* I'm good for the next 80 days starting today!

If you're doing the covid extension, go now while it's quiet!

Rules of online appointment queue reservation

1. If you do not show up on time, lack of required documents, spend lots of time to edit required documents or choose wrong type of service, Immigration division 1 reserves the right to cancel the queue. However you can still use the normal queue service.

2. Please show up before appointed time at least 15 minutes and have all forms/documents ready.

3. It’s an online appointment queue reservation for foreigners who will come to be served at Immigration division 1 only. Immigration division 1 is responsible for providing services for foreigners who reside in Bangkok only.

4. For visa extensions, foreigners can submit visa extension application form in advance within 45 days before visa expiry date. Those who overstay will not be able to use this online appointment queue reservation.

5. 90 days notification (TM 47) can be made by foreigners or assigned persons to notify current address and can notify in advance within 15 days before due date or within 7 days after due date.

6. Immigration division 1 reserve the right to serve the service for one passport per one queue which not includes family members.
