Frangipani Annie very rude response to someone trying to help. So you were leaving in 2 days as of this post, but you had been trying to complete the TDAC for 2 days, which would put you outside of 72 hours. SMH.

Mark Tabner nah mate, it's the same for all countries. Funds required are based off type of visa, not where you are from. Also, there is no non O visa that requires only ฿

also, if your 90 days is over in 3 weeks, I'd suggest you get along to immigration soon. I took the tm7,copy of passport, and entry date stamp page, passport photo, bank statement to prove I still had funds, my child's thai birth certificate ( born abroad), proof of residency (tm30) copy of TDAC, copy of visa, copy of house book (tabian baan), also needed my wife there for some reason for her to provide her ID card, also needed I think it's the KOR 2 from amphur to verify that we were in fact still married.

If you.know what you need, and have all the supporting documents, it was a very easy process that took us a little over 30 minutes.

my issue was the seasoning of funds. I initially used an agent to get the non O, as I was already in country, and had no proof of funds. So they sorted me and got the bank account open.

Not enough time for funds to season though.

They advised I.leave the country again, and reapply for another 90 day non O. After some research, I thought I'd give an extension a crack based on family circumstances, and was approved the 60 days.

Getting my ducks in a row now to apply for the 12 month.

Unfortunately, sometimes I think it just comes down to how nice the person you are dealing with on the day is.
