then I don’t think you can’t get one as you have to show your address, I even had to show my rental contract

Just re-entered yesterday and was not asked for proof. My understanding is if you extend for 180 days that is when you need to show it

Nope and don’t listen to anyone saying it depends on the bank because recently all over the news you will be able to see that Thailand has froze the bank accounts of any one that doesn’t have a long term visa which the DTV is not and now ppl are screwed cause they can’t access their money

we just brought our passport and our rental contract for the address

I made sure my landlord filed the TM30 as it is there job to do it when we moved in so it was in the system already
