What proof can I provide for remote work as a business owner applying for my DTV in Thailand?

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I have had a request of documents for my DTV.

1) a bank statement with the 500k baht ( which i sent in my original documents) 

But will send again 

2) business license ( which I also sent my 2024 and 2025 in my original documents) but will send again 

Not sure why I have to send them when I sent them already but whatever 

3) upload proof or remote work

- this is the one I need the help with, I already sent a cover letter explaining what I do ( I’m a residential Cleaning company owner) I have employees and I have a manager that runs my business, anything I do for my business I do remotely such as social media marketing, payroll, speaking with clients ( when needed and my manager can’t) scheduling etc. I put this all in my cover letter to them along with links to all my social media pages etc , what can I send them as proof of remote work with my name on it like they are requesting

In other cases, when one is an owner of a company, they have drafted a letter as the company owner stating that the employee (themselves) has the right to work remotely and then signed off as the company owner.
