 I plan to get new O-A visa in usa soon and while in Thailand I will make trips outside the country. Will I lose my second year for O-A or will they give me re-entry permit for 12 months from last entry when I leave for 5 months with the expectation I will return with a new insurance policy ? This seems like a murky issue to me.

Do I have to report in person for my first 90-day reporting with a Non-OA Visa, and what if I'm out of the country?

If you arrive for long stay on O-A but always travel out and in within 90 days is the TM-30 still necessary ? My landlord is already making excuses before my arrival
