Where in CW does one go to get visa transferred to a new passport ? I think no appointments are available for this so hopefully this can be done quickly. I really miss the old days when I could walk to Suan Plu.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer your visa to a new passport at the CW, you should go to Section N. Please note that if your visa is a retirement visa, you may need to provide a bank statement showing that your balance hasn't dropped below the required thresholds (800,000 or 400,000 THB). Unfortunately, there may not be appointments available, so it would be wise to prepare your documents for a quick transfer.
