...that’s what I was thinking . I’m the owner - leasehold ownership. I don’t pay rent or anything to the landowner... it’s mine as much as a foreigner can own it. In process of getting yellow Tabien book.. land owner has given me all his blue book. Purchased it 12 years ago and never had any issues until the rules changed/more stringently implemented recently which is ok as I want to stay here legally... just trying to get my ducks in a row. Appreciate the advice if this page 🤗

Unfortunately not in Phuket ... IO says report every time I leave the province - which is ok now that I know and do it via my app 🤷‍♀️
