TM30 dilemma. When the TM30 app first came out I sent in what I thought were all required documents to register my 30yr leasehold villa in Phuket and was issued a user name and password against which I have registered myself and all visitors for the past 6 months. Wanting to buy a motorbike I needed a letter of residence which could not be issued by immigration as the original landowner needed to provide a POA which he has now done. I was issued my letter of residence against a new TM30 with a new username for the Thai land- owner. So I now have two user names for one residence for the TM30. I do not have the password for the land owners username - noticed it on the return slip of paper in my passport... which is a first for me as I always do it via the app.

Is it a problem that there are two user names for one address or as long as visitors are registered at the address it is ok? I screen shot the app registrations every time I use it to keep a record. TIA for any guidance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about having two usernames for the TM30 registration of their residence in Thailand. They originally registered their villa in Phuket with their own username and later got a new TM30 with the landowner's username to obtain a residence letter. The comment suggests that since the user is a tenant, they should continue using their original username and ignore the landowner's username.

So you are just a tenant, not the owner?

Just use the one that you have been using

Ignore the one they gave the owner and use the one they gave you originally..

...that’s what I was thinking . I’m the owner - leasehold ownership. I don’t pay rent or anything to the landowner... it’s mine as much as a foreigner can own it. In process of getting yellow Tabien book.. land owner has given me all his blue book. Purchased it 12 years ago and never had any issues until the rules changed/more stringently implemented recently which is ok as I want to stay here legally... just trying to get my ducks in a row. Appreciate the advice if this page 🤗
