This week Phuket informed me to TM30 myself whenever I travel to and from my homes in Pathumthani and Phuket - the app helps for sure.

Went back in to the app and it shows I’m here 🤗

.... thanks for that 🤗 I have family and friends visiting all year round so I’d like to register my property to do online TM30s for them. I have a bit of a complication as I reside in Pathumthani on a MoFA visa where I don’t have to register a TM30 but I escape to Phuket to our home regularly for a visit ... I’ll need to go visit immigration there and see what they say... want to get as many ducks in a row before going...I’ve managed to register on line while this conversation has been going on...

... thanks but I have to choose one of those options online... I’ll go for owner... it can only reject it and when I’m down in Phuket in a few days I could always follow up 🤗 it’s also in both my and my husband’s name but will put it in his name as he has the work permit etc .
