Good morning 

I am filling in my details to self register through the app for a TM30 and I know I have a Non Imm O visa from my passport but the app gives me two visa types ... Non Imm O(LA) or Non Imm O X. Would you know which one I should choose? Thanks in advance.

These are the choices from the online program BUT they are the same choices in the same order as in the mobile application).

IF you bounce out and in every 90 days you want choice 3, but if you are on a yearly extension of stay you want choice 4

That is NOT an O-A visa, that is for people who are on yearly extensions of ANY Non-Immgirant Type visa.
