I believe you're incorrect. My first year, I had to leave the country every 90 days. My subsequent years, I could just go to immigration. After the first 90 day check-in during my second year, I could use the on-line check-in.

Facebook message them. I got mine last year while waiting for connection into Thailand.

Always give much more time than the website says.
