 applied on 22nd October asked for additional docs - supplied them and been pending approval since 24th October. Today asked again for another document and supplied that too, and now again in pending approval. Tried to call and email today but couldn’t get through.

 how did you book it directly? Looking to take my 10kg cockapoo later in year. I have been emailing the cargo customer service department trying to find out. As don’t want to book our flight tickets until we know we can be on same flight :-)
