While I have never used my wife at ImmIgration her Father held minor posts, she is a University Graduate, and her first job was in a Government Office. She owns rental property; and a Thsi business targeting Thais and holds her own well in dealing with the Government.

right you are! So many ways to transfrr and each has to pick the best way for them. Over the past 18 years I have changed my meathods as things changed. I prefer we stay strictly on Visa Questions and go elsewhere for Banking Information.

I pay no ATM Fees , refunded, using my USAA debit card. However, I still have a direct deposit via Bangkok to satisfy Immigration requirements of 65K or more monthly. Lots of ways to skin a cat and one size never fits all.

my wife owns the home so fine me or fine her same pocket. As to hotels they do report and my wife reports her renter and when she opens her three homes stay house she will report foreigners. We're going to Bangkok for two nights then over to Ban Chang and I know these Hotel report foreigners to immagration somwe will show up at Immigration to report my return. I have a Yellow Book House Registration, with Pink ID Card, and Thai Drivers license so silly requirement of course but a requirementt.

Normal time in Hua Hin for my annual Visa, retirement, is under a hour. 90 day report is less then 10 minutes in low season and high season may go up to 25 min.

In Hua Huin they staple the receipt for your TM47 in your passport so as you have proof. Also stapled in my passport is my TM6 and TM 24. Simple filing system.
