And as people asking for information but not get it, the only option I see is a visit to immigration office. Sorry but without any information or help from your side there is not much we can do. Good luck.

. I understand the landlord/owner gets a 2000baht fine and the tenant gets an 800baht fine for failing to report, but if the landlord reports there is no fine for the tenant, as it is the landlord's responsibility

For the second question, the port of entry would be border you crossed. For example, by air, it would either by BKK or DMK, or by land it would be Friendship Bridge I or II (from Laos).

Benjamin Hays I just went to Bangkok so what goes into the TM 3O on line Program is the question. It very well be my point of entry last trip out but wife wants to be certain what it is they want.

So is the visa an O-A? And isn't your port of entry Bangkok? What exactly are you seeking?

i guess you have a big stamp in your passport with the fist line the immigration office where you got it and the second line: Extension of Stay is permitted up to ../../..
