Jus Soli is almost exclusively just in the americas other then a couple other countries. Most places you need at least one parent to be a citizen.

 you still need the PCR test for going to Thailand…..just go on your Thai embassy page and it tells you the requirements

 there is no fit to fly. Leaving Thailand is the same process as coming you, you need to see what the entry requirements are for where you’re going as well as the airline.

What should I do if my flight is delayed and my RT PCR test gets over 72 hours before flying to Thailand?

 last year my I took my Covid test 80 hours before my flight but got my result the next day. But as others said check your airlines requirements and also a good idea where your transit is and for how long.
