What should I do if my visa approval hasn't arrived by mail after the stated delivery date?

Dear Members :-)

My Visa is approved 17th Dec. and as it's stated....  "delivered by mail"

BUT..... I haven't received anything in my mailbox and I checked the spam folder... Nothing !

I send them a mail but no respons so far.... any idea what to do ?

I've seen people say that there should also be a place there to download the visa. Unfortunately I haven't used the new system so I can only advise from what I've read.

There should be somewhere you can also view the email on the website, think it was maybe an icon on the far right?

Gonna be a mess for people getting visa approvals thinking they could do the test and go’s when they applied
