Farangs like this are actually why I prefer Vietnam to Thailand these days. Too many Farang Kinooks in Thailand.

can help with this. His company does Retirement Visas and he’s helped a couple of my friends get theirs sorted.

Usually if you do the TR visa applications and not just border hopping then they wont have a problem.

As long as you spend money and go through the regular TR visa process each time then they dont usually care. Just dont be hopping back and forth and not bringing the TR board revenue.

Also they prefer to see flights to a different country and a flight back in vs doing Land Border Hops
