if i was you i would go see ThaiElite direct in bangkok or you can have a lawyer do as they earn a commission from ThaiElite. when i joined about 2 years ago mine and my wife was approval in less then 1 hrs and then it was just the payment to be made.. but i read many stories now takes some time... and you wont lose your money there are many people transferring to thai elite, u dont need funds on the account you dont need to visit the so-called immigration people and get stuffed around... for us its excellent its not forever as a lot cannot afford the fee for a short period .. its makes life easy.

many tourist visas and long stays a friend of mine was told get a longer stay visa even though he only stays in his villa max 2 weeks a time but he here times a year another friend does the same but he gets a 6 months visa at the Thai Embassy in Manchester each time he comes and they have no issues with him xx they can still deny u on entry here another mates chinese girlfriend was out back on the plane to hongkong and told get long term visa so my friend bought her Thai Elite visa

5 yrs 500,000 but there are costs u can take off for example say 5 yrs retirement visa application etc 50,000 but more if u used legal firm to assist so could be as high as ,000 for assistance i have thai elite and with the saving on benefits i feel it only costs me 300,000 over 5 yrs. u can get family for 5 yrs 800,000 and the price goes up depending how long you want their is a web page search for it xx the benefits i like are the limo transfers to n from airport saving day 1,000 each trip and vip straight through immigration channels xx

why would u pay taxes in thailand if you take the money in singapore as earnings and deposit into an account with a bank in singapore it’s personal savings and thus any returns or interest u receive in singapore is not taxable as considered personal earnings from investment u can then access money with credit card or if u open a thai bank send only what u need monthly to you thai account x i cannot see how a thai company can help u get a long term visa why not just buy a Thaielite card for 5 yrs thb 500,000 obviously are not able to obtain retirement visa because u need to be 50+ also most westerners who live here are not allowed to work therefore why would u pay tax here ... unless u get a business visa but that is difficult and costly ..
