For 90 days a good holiday years insurance will insure you for 90 consecutive days outside your country, this will be your cheapest option I think.

 that perfect then, don't want you getting caught out. Costs me £800 a year for medical insurance with AXA. Better safe than sorry

 annual multi trip insurance, I advise you to check the small print. I used coverwise during covid and got quarantined they payed out no problem, great company.
