I followed the list that's on their website. I called a few times but nobody answered. Therefore I just followed their form on their application page. Was I supposed to concise documents in 1 PDF and submit it there?

I remember there were 3 sections for PDF submissions, one was asking for employment contract or letter, one for financial evidence, and another one for something else. Where was I supposed to submit my work invoices and other items? Proof of income was in my financial statements.

I do photo/video editing for photographers and content creators. I listed my website as well as my social media in the cover letter. I'm 34 this year.

I filled in every single question in their application form and submitted all the documents requested for in the form. There were some other documents that I have that I could not submit because they were not listed in the form - so I was waiting for them to request for more documents so I could submit.

Yes I shared my website that includes details on the work I do, how I get my clients, as well as my portfolio on it. They did not ask for more details or additional documents and went straight to rejection.

What rental agreement in Singapore? I live at home. My bank statement shows my home address. I was unable to submit any documents about my accommodation in Thailand because there were no areas to upload. I did fill in the accommodation information in the form though.
