I'm unable to do so unfortunately. For example there is embassy of this country where my company has business registration but they informed they do not provide consular services under any circumstances but embassy in Bangkok will. However, I am unable to leave Malaysia.

And KL Thai embassy doesn't respond, don't pick up calls.

 I've already started reading about it knowing I will be rejected for 99% and I consider Jakarta or Taipei.

Probably with soft power DTV this time.

I should prepare for minimum twice cost, right?

 If I leave, they will reject me if found in any way, and now with online TDAC doesn't seems to be difficult. They informed me I must be in Malaysia during whole process.
