Thai immigration don't consult your companies HR department. If you want to get the visa it's up to you. Own it, make your life how you want. You only have one.

Okay I see. For me I applied in one country but left before granted as I got bored. I thought if they ask for extra things I'll just upload them from where I go. In the end I was in another country by the time I got it approved.

you can always just leave and do the documents online no? or does KL require in person submission?

Is it compulsory to have the yellow fever vaccination for entry into Thailand from Nigeria?

No, they just take everyone from that plane to the side and you have to fill in an extra form (you get put into some online system). In theory you are meant to then log in after I think 5-7 days and tick a box that says you are symptomless, but I forgot and nothing happened.
