Hey Brandon, thank you so much! My wife is under 50 and is on a tourist visa. I understand we have to leave the country and then she has to apply to be a dependent. I was wondering if that part is complicated enough to hire a visa agent? Or do you think I could handle it myself? I got this far alone thanks to help from people in this group. I don't have a friend or anyone to a translate for me at the immigration offices. It can be hard when people don't speak English and I don't speak Thai. Lol

in Phuket it's impossible to open one at Kasikorn now. I went to four different branches. Bangkok Bank was the only one and they made me buy the accident insurance first

Trust me it's a struggle. Keep trying though. Don't give up. I had good luck at Bangkok Bank but I had to buy the insurance that they sell you.
