Just trying to get long timers opinions on this, how many blank pages in your passport before you request a new one.

I only have one trip planned to Vietnam next month. 4 pages left. Retirement Non-O

Many countries require 6 pages to receive a visa at an embassy etc, Thailand being one of them. Plan accordingly…

A re entry permit to get back in to Thailand is a half page stamp. The visa for Vietnam (if you require one) is a PDF file so not an issue. Entry stamps into and out of Vietnam are pretty small so you’ll be fine for this trip with what you have.
