I'm in Thailand and my wife is in Utah, USA. She's coming back soon and wants to get a 60 day tourist visa. She has a US passport.
Does she just contact the local Thailand consulate there? I haven't googled it yet but I'm trying to help her out because I don't know if she would figure it out herself. I love you honey. ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a 60-day tourist visa for Thailand, your wife needs to go online as all Thai visa applications from the USA have transitioned to a digital format. She should visit the official Thai e-visa website at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ to complete her application.
I donโt know why youโre laughing. Not all countries require that, especially since visa processing can take varying times. When I got my visas for China, Vietnam and Cambodia, I did not provide a ticket.
