just enter, it's approved and your passport denoted, many reasons how this could happen, take a copy birth certificate as well as more proof. Your picture is on there as well, it'll be fine 🙂

You can't work in Thailand.

Only way would be if you own a tattoo shop and people work for you doing the work whilst your in Thailand.
