Work action is far less likely to be questioned although can and goes happen. My advise when travelling is to keep printed copies of everything you submitted though, just in case. Because if you do get asked and don’t have readily available it could cause you some issues.

I have reenteted 3 times at the Phuket airport, no documents needed, only some question like"what activity you will do in Thailand?"

I was asked for proof that it was my company when I did a Ranong border bounce.

Same just showed Visa on phone and stamp for 6 months. As an aside I noticed those around me without DTV were subject to a number of questions regarding their visit
