As others said, as long as you are legally married then the Non O for marriage/family is by far the easiest way. You get 3 months on entry.

Given your age, the Non O-A is also available but is much more expensive to qualify for and requires more paperwork. This gives you a year on entry.

Check the RTE in your country. London Embassy has added it to list of those allowed in. You can get a 3-month Non-B Visa but also need 3 million baht in a Thai bank.

I guess so??? There are plenty of ASQ rooms now. Is there a specific limit on Elite?

RTEs are issuing CofE to Elite holders so they should be able to book the same rooms as anyone else??

I’ve not heard of anyone recently being unable to find a room for their dates - though it can take some ‘phoning around’. It’s improved a lot over recent months.
