At the moment you can get a 60-day Tourist Visa from RTE Stockholm. You need to have had at least 0 SEK in your bank account for the last 6 months.

BE AWARE though that this is only available to countries on the Thailand ‘low risk’ list and Sweden is currently 27th out of 30th. That ranking could change at the end of the month and then the visa would not be available.

Yes. Lots of people in a similar situation have got back. You can get a Non O visa (on the basis of having a Thai wife or a Thai daughter) and then get a CofE. Plenty of approved flights now.
