been told explicitly, I'm too old though I'm totally fit, mentally and physically. I look young, so they hire me and then later withdraw the agreement. It's happened 4x

teaching positions. I have 5 degrees, including PhD. Taught at several upper tear universities. Also high school. Refused numerous times or ignored, been hired, has contracts, then contracts withdrawn.

it's about work permit. B visa is an immigration issue

good to hear. But doesn't age 80 take it to a whole new level? I've been told by numerous people that I'd be refused by the work permit people. The B visa wouldn't be a problem. When I owned my own company here, the WP was no problem, but all handled by an attorney

I once had a contract with a university and it was withdrawn for being over 45. They claimed they couldn't get me a work permit
