Yeah it is. When you are out of the country and reenter again it's considered you need to go to the nearest immigration and do your 90 days report again. I just met mine last month 👍

I don't see that exemption or tourist visa possible to open in that easy way without any insurance purchase. But with the Letter from immigration and tha bian ban book will make your way more easy.
