You just leave a day before your 2nd report. Do a border run, preferably by land, spend a night overseas, and come back next day. That's the easiest and most efficient way to reset your clock.

Closing balance of 500K Baht is ok for you first.. Once your visa approves, you can apply for any number of dependents under the same bank statement. No matter just 2 people or 10; law doesn't states anything.
