My DTV VISA expires January 15th, my 90 day report January 14th. Can I leave on the 14th and not do a 90 day report? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of leaving Thailand on January 14th, the date before their 90-day report is due, without submitting the report. Various comments confirm that it is acceptable to leave on the 14th, with some suggesting that it's common to skip the report if leaving shortly before the deadline. Additionally, opinions indicate that a border run is a viable option, and many mention that the authorities may not strictly enforce the 90-day reporting requirement in such situations.

Your visa expires 5 years after you received it. DTV visa exists since 2024 only. So, your visa expires probably in 2029 or 2030.

You can leave today, tomorrow, any day, just not later than 15Jan, unless you just extend at immigration and don’t go anywhere.

You just leave a day before your 2nd report. Do a border run, preferably by land, spend a night overseas, and come back next day. That's the easiest and most efficient way to reset your clock.

If he was in Thailand 90 days, then a 90 Day Report is due. BUT if he leaves Thailand on day 89, no 90 day report is needed.

Important to count the 90 days from the day you ARRIVED into Thailand. As that First Day is counted as Day #1.
