Yeah you'll be right. They may ask to see your exit flight but I'm guessing that's all. You been away for over 2 months so they shouldn't accuse you of living in Thailand off tourist visas

I think if you apply for a non-oa in the USA you get a year. It's only when you apply for the non-o in Thailand that you get 90 days
