Samui or Bangkok or Chiang Mai or Phuket or Udon Thani or pattaya in Thailand is the same (Domestic). You don't worry about entry stamp. It is Domestic flight not international flight. If you go to international flight connect with visa with entry stamp but domestic flight connected about your face in the passport only.
