I really don't think it should be any problem at all. If it was 91st day then yes but 90th day . I am leaving this weekend after 92 days. I reported last Friday when I received my one year extension.

at home my wife and I spend about$12 a day eating thai food. And $2 for water and Green tea.

I pay less than $100for a year here. I Pay that in 2.5 months in US. But I do need it for 2 step verification.

If you eat at food courts you can trim that food budget in half. The food is better anyway for the most part.

I was in same situation. They told me I could not marry my Thai wife in Thailand. I did not have My Marriage certificate or her divorce certificate translated in the U S. Too much red tape so I just got the Retirement visa
