My extension of stay is valid until the 9th if September 2019. Do I have to come in again with a new visa to apply for an extended stay in August 2019 or can I just go to the immigration in Trat asking for a new extension for one year again?

What's the difference between yearly extension of stay and a non-immigrant O-A and O-B please?

Foreigners working in Thailand without work permit is same as foreigners working in our own home country without work permit! It's illegal and causes each country worlwide huge problems. I'm retired and got my retirement visa but it was not easy to get. I never gave up. Each farang can do the way he wants to stay in this country but we are guests here and in my opinion should respect the laws of Thailand.

As you were not arrested and had to pay only 18'000 baht just cancel your "fuck Thai visa"

By the way I was at the immigration 5 times with all the documents I needed but the lease.

I had everything but a lease. I had the written letter by my partner that I can use his house with no time limit. He even added a copy if his passport. The immigration head office guy didn't want to accept this even though I had a residence confirmation signed by the Thai director of the resort.

the lease is the problem. My partner owns the house/company and he is a farang. The many times I went to the immigration last year didn't lead to a non immigrant multiple entry visa as I was told every time that a farang can't issue a lease! Who then can do it?
