Ill try to explain my situation and my plan;

I own some properties (not in Thailand) which i rent out and manage. I have lease contracts with tenants to show my income.

Would i qualify for a Digital nomad visa?

2nd im thinking of doing some real estate investments. (Own money) And also for investors as a real estate agent.

What kind of Visa do i need for these activities? And do i need a visa, cause i might be doing the investments together.
