The time through the court depends on your lawyer.

I was told 15 years ago that it could take between 6-12 months to make this paper from the court.

My lawyer did it in three days, it cost me 7000 baht in Khon Kaen.

In other words. You can change your visa at your local immigration inside Thailand. But its a timeframe, I just changed mine at Khon kaen immigration
