good luck I also use wise but I will show them my bank statements (if necessary) detailing income and it’s source as well as my tax return if necessary that has all the detail…..wondering if it applies to Phuket haven’t heard of any problEMS here.

so a foreign bank statement would suffice showing source? I am converting this year and UK embassy won’t help…..

Handy for renewing driving license or registering a vehicle, avoids the need for residents cert which is good enough for me.

get a copy of chanote and POA and do it yourself any interaction with immig without it won’t end well and you can’t get a residence cert in the event you want to get a driving license or register a vehicle, may be time to move 🤔

not true, it’s the house owners responsibility, however try getting a residence certificate, or renewing visa without an updated address won’t end well.

Technically it’s free, but they charge for ’express’ service , don’t bother asking for a receipt….:-)
