I arrive on visa exempt but I will get the appropriate visa soon as I am spending more time in Thailand and less in the US .

I bring $100 bills for a slightly better exchange rate and have been arriving with 7-9k US .

I went to Japan in August and the Yen maximum was less than 8k US equivalent , this was on an arrival form that I filled out on the plane , I still don’t know if there is a maximum undeclared amount that you can bring to Thailand , it’s not on the TDAC .
