, I don’t remember doing that form in the past but up until last year I had an eleven year gap with no travel to Thailand .

, you mention the old paper form you used to fill out on the plane ? I’ve arrived many times from the US via Korea , Taiwan or Japan and have never filled out any form on the plane ? I’ll still figure on doing the TDAC form online though , I guess .
