An example of a super large REIT , would be Fraser's property group , who I worked for in Australia for 11 years , there are many many options .
And some serious players investing on the SET , including the largest stakeholder of them all .
yes that is a potential option for some , it's not what most do however ..Most sit 800k in a bank account and don't touch it , the true cost of this is around 80k PA .
So , back to my original answer , it all comes down to a stagnant 800k sitting doing nothing .
