It definitely might affect any future plan of applying for a longer term visa. Otherwise spending a few days in a Thai prison can’t be all that bad, can it?

True is 006 plus country code and number, but I think your company needs to activate first.

If you invest in an Elite membership (now called Privilege membership) which are tourist visas, you can stay up to 20 years without ever leaving.

It’s always been the law. Nor a new rule. The law says to report within 24 hours of occupancy, not 3 days (weekends and holidays excluded).

There’s also the Thailand Privilege membership/visa to consider if you don’t qualify for the LTR visa.
