Are watches cheaper in Thailand than the UK, especially second-hand Seiko and Omega?

Central World Plaza has a few second hand watch shops as well as MBK.

No import tax is involved as those are dealt within Thailand.

I bought some 60's Omega in decent condition.

Rolex and Carter are not the best deal compared to Tokyo, but I have no idea about UK market.
