When u apply the DTV Visa does both person have to sign up for classes or just one since we married?

Also do you have to sign up the class every year?

Hi Everyone ! My husband is 50 and I am 45, would we be able to apply for the retirement visa? I know I’m under the age, but I’m just wondering if been married plays any role in this regard ? Furthermore would we both have to reflect the 800k in our bank accounts, again does marriage affect this in any way ? Any advice would be lovely thanks so much 🙏🙏
